Hi, I’m Lindsay — a Holistic Nutritionist and Certified Ketogenic Nutrition Coach specializing in low-carb and ketogenic nutrition, root-cause healing, and sustainable lifestyle changes. I help women (especially those who feel stuck, inflamed, exhausted, or frustrated with their weight) restore their metabolism, balance blood sugar, and feel confident in their bodies again.

My coaching goes far beyond calories and meal plans. I use a root-cause, data-driven approach, combining in-depth health assessments, functional blood chemistry analysis, and Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) to understand what’s really happening beneath the surface. This allows me to create personalized strategies that support hormones, energy, digestion, and long-term metabolic health — not just short-term results.

My philosophy is simple: your body isn’t broken — it’s responding to the signals it’s been given. When we correct those signals through the right nutrition, lifestyle habits, and targeted support, your body can heal, regulate, and thrive. I coach with education, empowerment, and realism, so you’re not just following a plan — you’re learning how to support your health for life.

My Story

Hi, I’m Lindsay, and I know firsthand what it feels like to be uncomfortable in your body, low on energy, and frustrated that “doing all the right things” still isn’t working.

​

During my university years, I struggled with my weight and my health. I was overweight, inflamed, tired, and constantly chasing the next diet that promised results but never delivered anything lasting. Like so many people, I was told to eat less, move more, and rely on willpower — and when that didn’t work, I assumed the problem was me.

Everything changed when I discovered a low-carbohydrate, ketogenic lifestyle.

By shifting the way I ate and focusing on blood sugar balance, real food, and metabolic health, I lost 50 pounds, regained my energy, reduced inflammation, and felt better than I ever had before — physically and mentally. More importantly, I finally understood that my body wasn’t broken. It was simply responding to the signals it had been given.

That experience completely changed the course of my life.

Inspired by my own transformation, I became a Holistic Nutritionist, specializing in Ketogenic Nutrition and Functional Nutrition, so I could help others experience the same clarity, confidence, and freedom in their health. Today, I work with clients who feel stuck, exhausted, bloated, inflamed, or frustrated with their weight — often after years of trying conventional approaches that never addressed the root cause.

My coaching is grounded in a root-cause, personalized approach. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all plans, extreme restriction, or chasing symptoms. Instead, I use comprehensive health assessments, functional blood chemistry analysis, and Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) to understand what’s happening beneath the surface — including mineral balance, stress patterns, metabolic function, and nutrient deficiencies.

At the core of my philosophy is a belief in an animal-based, whole-foods approach to health. Humans thrive on nutrient-dense foods that stabilize blood sugar, support hormones, and provide the building blocks the body needs to heal and regulate. When we remove ultra-processed foods and focus on real, bioavailable nutrition, the body has an incredible ability to restore balance.

I believe true health isn’t about perfection — it’s about understanding your body, working with it instead of against it, and creating habits you can sustain for life. My role as a coach is to educate, guide, and empower you so you’re not dependent on plans or protocols, but confident in your ability to support your own health long-term.
